Women in the state have been urged to embrace the culture of regular exercise and training.
The Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development Dr. Zahra u Muhammad Umar, made the call during a one Day seminar Titled :Work life Balance, Health, Happiness and Wellness,organized for female staff of the ministry held at Skyline University, kano
The Commissioner who emphasized the significance of such exercise ,stressed the need for women to strive hard in that direction for a more heathy and energetic society.
Dr Zahra, u also expressed gratitude to the management of Skyline University for organizing the seminar, saying that the move will greatly assist women towards improving their health condition.
She thanked the organisers of the training exercise and promised to associate with them when ever the need arise.
One of the beneficiaries Hajiya Mariya Hodi appreciated the exercise and promised to put in to practice what she acquired during the seminar.
The commissioner was accompanied by all directors of the ministry, according to a press release issued by Bahijja Malam kabarau, the Public Relations Officer and made available to The Triumph, yesterday.
