Residents of Nasarawa State have unanimously agreed to return Governor Abdullahi Sule beyond 2023 as his projects speak for him.
Substantial numbers of electorates interviewed during a project inspection tour by journalists in the state have shown that they okay project and programmes of Governor Sule in the last three years.
The journalists, under the aegis of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), took the tour to all the 13 local government areas to see things for themselves as independent body and watchdogs of the society.
Responding to questions, the residents of the state have thumbed up projects executed by Governor Sule as a return ticket to him to Government House, Lafia come 2023.
In Nasarawa West Senatorial District, which comprised of Keffi, Nasarawa, Toto, Kokona and Karu Local Government Areas, identified development and sustainable projects put together by Governor Sule have already spoken volume for his re-election.
They listed some of the projects executed in their respective communities to include road, electricity, provision of portable drinking water and health facilities.
The commendations remained the same, as people of Nasarawa North Senatorial District, the country home of Governor Sule, described his administration as the best thing that ever happened to the zone, which includes Akwanga, Nasarawa Eggon and Wamba Local Government Areas.
They mentioned some projects sited in the zone to include road construction in Wamba Local Government through Sinsum Baki to Farin Ruwa waterfalls, construction of markets in Akwanga and Nasarawa Eggon among numerous projects.
While in Southern Senatorial District, Governor Sule constructed road from Kilema, B.A.D, linked to Shingye, completion of Lafia Cargo Airport, construction of Al-makura, Abuja, G.R.A streets and the ongoing dualization of Total, Government House, Akurba to Shendam roads.
Other projects executed are Lafia East Makabarta streets and installation of sub-power station at Akurba, completion of Dr. Aliyu Akwe Doma Banquet Hall and New Presidential Lodged all in Lafia Local Government Area.
Doma people also have their own share of the developmental road projects from Idadu to Agwashi road, which it was abandoned over the years.
Other road projects that attracted the attention of Governor Sule’s administration are Kanje, Adudu and Azara roads both in Awe and Obi Local Government Areas.
