Kano State House of Assembly has pledged to accord speedy passage of Public Health Bill 2021, when transmitted to the House by the Executive.
The Speaker, Engr. Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari stated this while declaring a five day workshop open on Stakeholders review on Kano State Public Health Bill 2021 holding in Abuja.
Speaker Chidari pointed out that the essence of our convergence here is to among others put more emphasis on the Kano State Public Health Bill 2021, appealing lawmakers to give their best inputs on the matter during the discussion.
He stressed that the incumbent Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje placed high premium on health sector hence committed to brings health care service to door step of teeming populace of the state.
The speaker applauded the Ganduje’s foresight in upgrading general hospitals in the newly established Emirates as well as providing the facilities with modern equipments to ensure effective services, as contained in a statement issued by Uba Abdullahi, the Director, Press and Public Affairs of the House and made available to The Triumph.
