Karaye Emir Palace’s construction project will soon be completed, the chairman of the Local Government Area, Alhaji Abdulhameed Garba Karaye has disclosed.
He made the disclosure while inspecting the project, recently, explaining that, the project is being executed by the council and two-third of the total cost of project had already been paid to contractor handling the project.
He expressed delight over the quality of the structure, urging the contractor to speed up towards the completion within the frame time.
According to him, the project, when completed will contain chamber and reception among other compartments.
In his remarks the representative of the contractor, Alhaji Saminu Halad Karaye stated that, the project had reached 70 per cent level of completion.
The contractor assured that, the project would be completed in few weeks term.
He then applauded the Emir of Karaye, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Abubakar II and the Emirate Council for the support and cooperation given to company while executing the project, as contained in a statement made available to The Triumph by Haruna Gunduwawa, the Information Officer of the council, recently
