Gaya Emir is dead

The Emir of Gaya in Kano State, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulkadir, is dead.
Our reporter at the Emirate, Salisu Baso, broke the news of the death of the Emir.
The Emir died on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
The Emirate is one of the four newly created Emirates in the state.
The deceased was the Dstrict Head of Kunchi and then Minjibir before he was elevated to an Emir in 2019.
