The late Emir of Gaya, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulkadir exhibited loyalty, diligence, dedication and commitment to duty in all the places served from the colonial times up to his elevation as emir .
The Chairman, Kano Chapter of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Air Vice Marshal NaShehu Hassan Abubakar made the declaration when he led the executive members on a condolence visit to the Gaya Emirate Ciuncil.
He described the late monarch as a man of peace, and a traditional ruler who kept to the wishes of his people and promoted development.
The ACF leader who prayed for the repose of the soul of the emir, also extended the messages of sympathy from the ACF Board of Trustees member in Kano, Gen. Haliru Akilu and that of the national body.
