The Kano State chapter of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has mourned the death of Hajiya Rabi Aminu Dantata, the wife of Alhaji Aminu Dantata.
The condolence message was issued by Nasiru Yusuf Ibrahim, the spokesman of the outfit on behalf of its chairman, Dr. Goni Faruk Umar.
It noted that though Mama Rabi as she was fondly called, died during the holy month of Ramadan at the Holy City of Madina, the wish of many Muslims, although “we don’t usually want our loved ones to go, no matter the circumstances,” as honestly speaking, “They are jewels and treasures that we wish to have around if possible forever.”
The group lauded the inspiring attributes of the matriarch, being a devout Muslims, and caring mother of one and all not only her beloved son, business tycoon, Alhaji Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata.
The pan socio-cultural association urged the younger generations to learn from the life and times of the deceased, who had left her footprints on the sands of time.
It however urged the bereaved household, to strive hard aimed at keeping the outstanding legacies of the deceased alive.
“No one can replace a devoted wife/mum and one can only imagine the depth of your grief on the loss of someone so intimate, important and special in life,” ACF wrote.
It thanked Almighty Allah that Mama Rabi is survived by accomplished children who are blazing trails in their various endeavours, notable among them Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata, a successful industrialist.
The socio-cultural organisation prayed to God to grant her eternal rest and above all accord her family the fortitude to bear the loss.
She died on Saturday in Madina, Saudi Arabia after a protracted illness and left behind her beloved husband, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, children and many grand children.
