As part of efforts to encourage digitalization among is civil servants, Nassarawa State, Bureau for Information and Communication Technology commenced training of 270 Nasarawa workers.
This was disclosed by the Director- General of the bureau, Comrade Shehu Ibrahim in an interview with journalists at the bureau head office venue of the training, recently, saying the states civil servants will be train on Free Microsoft knowledge.
” For your information our state is among the third leading ICT, states in the country.
” We are carrying out this training on ICT master plan for the state in collaboration with the National information Technology Development Agency ( NITDA), with a view to attain digital economy to logistics conclusion as well as to ensure its sustainability in the state.
Comrade Ibrahim commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for all the encouragement rendered to the bureau in actualising ITC dreams and digital skills as his cardinal concerned since assumption in office.
