Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board (PHCMB) has reaffirmed commitment in providing training for its staff to make them more efficient on the Operation of the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) programme.
The Board Executive Secretary, Dr. Tijjani Hussain disclosed this while declaring a three-day training workshop open for Integrated Supportive Supervisors (ISS) on Drugs Revolving Fund (DRF) held at the Board Conference Hall, recently.
Dr. Hussain, represented by the Director Pharmaceutical Services, Pharm. Abdul’aziz Hamisu explained that the training programme will assist the participants on the mode of operation of the DRF, Drug Management System as well as the Financial Management System.
He therefore urged the participants to be committed in applying what they have acquired at the training in discharging their duties.
In his remark earlier, the officer in charge of the Programme, Malam Muhammad Bello Dandago had commended the board for organizing the workshop, assuring of effective monitoring of DRF programme in the state, according to a statement issued and signed by Maikudi Muhammad Marafa, the spokesman of PHCMB and made available to The Triumph, recently.
